Capital City Bird Sanctuary
$45
A slow, guided outdoor experience including walking, pausing, and simple grounding practices—ending with practical ways to bring it back into your classroom.
Educators are asked to regulate entire rooms while often having very little time to regulate themselves. This retreat gives you a quiet, practical way to practice steadiness before you need it.
Grounding through the body
Quiet observation
Breath and pacing
Steady presence
A short arrival practice you can use before students enter.
Simple ways to return to steadiness in the middle of real moments.
A way to reflect without judgment and carry less home with you.
You don’t need to be perfect. You need to be steady.
