Forest Bathing in Lansing, MI
Slow guided walks for rest, nervous system regulation, and reconnection
Forest bathing isn’t a hike.
It’s not exercise.
And there’s no goal to reach the end.
It’s an invitation to slow all the way down.
With me, forest bathing looks like wandering—
pausing when something catches your eye,
breathing with the trees,
noticing light, texture, sound, and silence.
Sometimes we sit.
Sometimes we walk ten steps in ten minutes.
Sometimes we just be, without needing to explain why.
I’ll offer gentle prompts—nothing bossy, nothing forced—
just small invitations to notice what’s already here
(and what’s already happening inside you).
You don’t need to know anything.
You don’t need to be calm when you arrive.
You don’t need to “do it right.”
You just show up.
The forest does the rest.
I’m there to help you notice it. 🌿
