Because every group—whether a school staff, workplace team, wedding party, or community circle—deserves space to pause, to breathe, and to connect.
Here’s why it matters:
🌿 For Schools and Educators
Teaching is heart work. It’s also tireless. Forest bathing supports emotional regulation, eases nervous system overload, and provides a rare opportunity for school staff to simply receive. When educators return to themselves, they return to their classrooms with presence and joy.
🌳 For Teams and Organizations
Nature softens barriers. It creates the conditions for authentic connection, clarity, and creative thinking. Group forest immersions encourage trust, reduce stress, and invite a kind of collaboration that can’t be summoned in a meeting room.
🌿For Wedding Parties and Celebrants
In the midst of celebration, nature offers grounding. Forest bathing invites couples and their closest people to slow down, breathe deeply, and mark the moment in a way that feels sacred, playful, and real. It’s a meaningful pause before a beautiful beginning.
🌳For Groups in Transition or Transformation
Whether you’re stepping into something new, letting go of what’s past, or simply gathering to be present, nature holds space for it all. A forest immersion is a gentle way to honor change, together.
This isn’t just time off—it’s time that gives back.
Forest bathing offers restoration, laughter, stillness, and often a shift that lingers long after the walk ends. It’s an invitation to be human again. And to remember that you were never separate from nature in the first place.
Let your group come back to themselves—beneath the trees.
Climate change is not just an environmental challenge—it’s a psychological one. Research indicates that younger generations are experiencing increasing levels of climate anxiety, a condition linked to heightened stress, uncertainty, and emotional distress (Hickman et al., 2021; Burke et al., 2018). As educators, we must acknowledge the weight of this issue and consider how our schools can offer students not only knowledge but also the emotional resilience to navigate an uncertain future.
One powerful and research-backed approach is Sylvotherapy, or forest bathing, which immerses students in nature to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and foster a deeper connection to the environment. Studies in environmental psychology show that time in nature helps lower cortisol levels, enhance focus, and cultivate a sense of agency, transforming eco-anxiety into meaningful pro-environmental behaviors (Crandon et al., 2022; Léger-Goodes et al., 2022). Furthermore, children influence their families’ climate concerns and behaviors (Lawson et al., 2019), meaning that nurturing a healthy relationship with nature in schools can have a far-reaching impact.
Introducing Sylvotherapy for Schools
I am excited to offer Sylvotherapy for Schools, a structured program designed to:
✔ Help students manage climate anxiety through guided nature immersion.
✔ Support educators in integrating mindfulness and environmental awareness into their curriculum.
✔ Strengthen students’ sense of agency, empowering them to act with hope rather than fear.
I’d love the opportunity to discuss how this program could benefit your school. Would you be open to a conversation about bringing Sylvotherapy into your educational setting?
The trees have been listening for centuries—come let them hear you.
Through mindfulness techniques, participants engage their senses, reconnect with the natural world, and experience the calming effects of being surrounded by trees and greenery. Proven to reduce stress, lower anxiety, and boost mood, sylvotherapy also promotes clearer thinking, emotional regulation, and stronger connections among groups. This practice is designed to foster a sense of peace, enhance focus, and cultivate deeper bonds within teams, schools, and organizations.
Guiding in the forest is not just about leading participants through nature, it’s about helping them find their own path, understand the natural rhythms of life, and reflect on the person they’re becoming. Forest bathing creates a safe, calming space for everyone to explore these questions, to connect with themselves and the world around them, and to begin discovering their true purpose.
Immerse yourself in mindfulness, nature, and self-awareness through yoga and forest bathing experiences.

The Forest as the Guide
The forest has always felt like home to me.
As a Montessori educator, yoga practitioner, and forest therapy guide, I help others connect with nature, movement, and themselves. The woods aren’t just a place to explore; they are a guide, a teacher, and a steady companion through life’s changes.
As a child, trees were simply the backdrop to my adventures. Now, stepping into mid-life, I feel their pull in a new way. Change isn’t just for the young. Navigating transitions, rediscovering purpose, and finding moments of stillness are lifelong processes.
Montessori philosophy, yoga, and forest therapy have each shaped how I understand growth. Yoga invites me to listen inward and move with intention. Forest therapy has opened my senses to the quiet wonder of the natural world. And Montessori continues to teach me to trust—the process, the learner, and the unfolding of discovery in its own time.
That’s why I want to share this space—not to tell you who to be, but to offer a place where you can pause, feel seen, and soak in the wisdom of the trees. If the forest teaches us one thing, it’s that change isn’t something to fear—it’s part of the adventure.
Through Sylvotherapy, I create experiences that help others feel grounded and empowered, while offering moments of ease and restoration. Whether through nature yoga, mindful walking, or immersive forest bathing, these experiences reconnect us to ourselves, each other, and the rhythms of the earth.
The Story of the Leaf: A Forest Bathing Journey
(Opening Invitation)
Long before our own feet touched this Earth, the world was blanketed in the quiet work of life. Among the most extraordinary workers of this life were the leaves. These small, delicate, green miracles quietly shaped the forests, the air, and the world as we know it. Today, let’s journey into their story.
(The Beginning)
Imagine the first leaf, gently unfurling under a warm and golden sun. The world was young, its skies filled with swirling gases, and its ground was bare rock and soil. The plants were the first to take hold, and with them came the leaf.
The leaf was no ordinary thing—it had a task unlike any other: to transform sunlight into life. This was its work. Drinking water from the ground and breathing in the sky’s air, the leaf worked its quiet magic, creating food not just for itself but for all life to come.
Let’s feel our bodies like the first leaf unfolding:
Reach up to the sun in a gentle backbend.
Bring your arms down, wide and open, like a new leaf welcoming the light.
(The Leaf's Gift to the World)
With each breath it created, the leaf exhaled something new: oxygen. This invisible gift filled the skies, transforming the Earth’s air into something breathable, something that all life could share.
But its work did not stop there. Leaves became shelters for tiny creatures, shade for the forest floor, and food for animals who would one day roam the Earth. Their work made room for the great forests to grow—tall trees, flowering plants, and the entire web of life that we now call home.
Breathe as the leaf breathes:
Inhale deeply, feeling the oxygen fill your lungs.
Exhale slowly, sharing the air back with the world.
(The Work of the Leaf Today)
Even now, leaves continue their quiet work. They turn sunlight into life, whispering to us in the breeze, rustling gently to remind us that they are always there. They fall to the ground, creating blankets to protect and nourish the soil, and they return to the Earth to begin again.
Each leaf carries its own story—etched in veins, shaped by wind, kissed by the sun. If you look closely, you’ll see the patterns of its life and work.
Become the leaf’s whisper:
Sit quietly and listen to the wind around you.
Feel the ground beneath you, like the soil that cradles the fallen leaves.
(A Final Invitation)
As we walk in the forest, look up and see the canopy of leaves above you, working together in harmony. Notice the dappled light on the ground, a gift from the leaves’ dance with the sun. Let your fingers trace the edge of a leaf, feel its texture, and remember: this small, green miracle is always at work, quietly transforming the world for all of us.
Move like the leaves:
Flow through tree pose, swaying gently as if moved by the wind.
Finish in a forward fold, resting like a leaf returning to the Earth.
(Closing Reflection)
The leaves teach us patience, quiet strength, and the beauty of cycles. They remind us that even the smallest actions can shape the world in ways beyond imagining. As we leave the forest today, carry the leaf’s lesson with you: to live in harmony, to give freely, and to grow always toward the light.
Thank the leaves and the forest for their gifts:
Bring your hands together in gratitude.
Take one last deep breath, feeling renewed by the leaf’s story, and step back into your day with its quiet wisdom.
